I have had a rental for 3 and half years! i had no air heat for the first 3 months! I have no response about things that need to be fixed until i withold rent! still, not everythoing gets fixed! have documentation to prove it! and pictures! spent 3 months pretty much without air! one of the air guys told me they couldnt order parts because my rental people wanted lesser prices with more people suffering with no air, yet they expect people to pay rent! I purchased my home through Home Buyer's Friend three years ago. Both Ron and Ed came through for me in a very big way when no one else would give me the time of day. They were on top of everything -- from initial offer through closing -- and they ended up getting me a very good deal on my home. 'Home Buyer's Friend' is the perfect name for their business. I've dealt with this realty over the past few years and have always been very pleased. Both Ed and Ron have been very helpful and found homes for myself and other members of my family. Ed has also helped sell a home for a family member of mine and she was very pleased with how it was handled. I would recommend this company to all my friends and family.

I recently purchased a home through Home Buyers friend, and I cannot say enough about how pleased I am to have done business with them. I had the pleasure of meeting Ed, a realtor for Home Buyers friend, who devoted every aspect of his time in helping me and my fiance get into our home. He was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about the particular house he was showing me. I would definitely recommend to someone that is looking for a very helpful reality group, Home Buyers friend is an excellent place to start.

WORST REALTOR COMPANY EVER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My mother just purchased a home in Florida dealing with this company. WHAT EVER YOU DO... do not deal with ED who is one of the realtors there. He will lie to you about the conditions of the home and try to sneak things in the contract to benefit himself. If I were you just move on to another realtor company because I'm still waiting to hear back from the owner of this company to make a complaint, and I have not herd back from any of them.
