Buying a house, especially for the first time, is a pretty difficult and at times horrifying experience. There really isn't a great way to do it, but if you're going to do it, I'll say working with a buyer only agent is a good way to do it. Charo is very nice and helpful, responsive, and she did work to help us whenever we needed hand holding and extra help since we were out of town buyers. A good learning experience and now we're home owners. Thanks Charo!
A couple months ago I reached out to The Home Buyer's Agent of Ann Arbor to help me find a home for me and my cat. Charo was super helpful and walked me through the process, and was very thorough. She also offered some great insights on home inspection and mortgage acquisition, which was really helpful in what could’ve been a stressful situation.

As a first time home buyer, I came in knowing nothing about the entire process of finding and buying a condo. Rich answered all my questions throughout the whole process, put me in contact with an inspector and lender that I'm happy with, and worked hard through the whole process all the way through the day of the closing (even helping me disassemble and haul out some junk left by the seller).
