Have used them several times for both equipment and service. Very very good. Helpful. Fast. Reliable. Reasonably priced. Even do in home service. Very pleased and certainly will use them again.

Was having issues with my laptop overheating and decided on HBCS because of the great reviews, and I don't regret it in the slightest. Was just expecting them to reapply the thermal paste and maybe clean it out a bit, and I would've been happy with that, but he also took the time to switch up some NVIDIA settings that would help it run smoother, and install a program that allows me to check my CPU temperature easily at any time.
