My laptop died. I had no idea what happened. It froze up and nothing I could do would help. Went to Home & Business Computer Services and he pushed the power button - and held it. The computer shut down. He then powered it up as normal. Boy did I feel stupid!! It flashed when I pushed the power button - but I didn't know to hold it down. Yeah I'm THAT old! Solved more of my problems then I have fingers.
UPDATE : I went back when I did need a new computer and Tony was very helpful to get a refurbished one in my budget. And was very prompt in getting it set up when I needed it ASAP . Very disappointing ! Came here due to the amazing reviews. I just needed to add ram to my work computer. The guy said my computer was very old and should be upgraded. Maybe miscommunication with what he thought was needed. But still ..He didn’t even look inside the computer. Went somewhere else who knew what I needed and did the work and more rea... read more
went to them for the blue screen of death on my newish computer. they said it couldn't be fixed and gave me a different (older) computer instead. kids complained about how much slower the computer was for gaming.. seemed shady- i should've just brought somewhere else. then he asked what antivirus I was using and installed it. then proceeded to ask me for my password so he could make sure it was working?! I've never had anyone ask me for my passwords before. something felt shady about the whole deal.
Have used them several times for both equipment and service. Very very good. Helpful. Fast. Reliable. Reasonably priced. Even do in home service. Very pleased and certainly will use them again.
