Darren at the Bandera location is always very helpful and knowledgeable. He always takes such great care of me.
I love this place and when you walk in it smells amazing . Everyone there is super helpful as well as knowledable ! You start building up questions from all these home brew you tube videos and the employees there at the store are so helpful at filling in the missing links and helping you .
Every time I go to HBP I get instant service, and a nice cold shot of home brew!
I showed up at the Bandera store at literally closing time because I got stuck in traffic. I was able to run in and grab what I needed without any hassle and have a nice conversation about making a batch of mead while I was checking out. Appreciate the help and hopefully next time I will make it in before closing time.
