1 Star is far too many. We met with Joy and it was the worst hospice experience. She was not helpful at all, supplied us with no information as to how their company conducts hospice care, she just wanted us to sign the papers. She made it sound that my mother and I just wanted to pull the plug on my grandma and didn't even have the correct information on her health prior to our meeting. She gave us NO information on nurses, CNA, or any type of support they have or offer to their patients or their families. HORRIBLE experienc... read more
