The team in Manchester made the entire process easy and enjoyable. Everyone was extremely helpful, professional and a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process, making an otherwise difficult situation an enjoyable experience especially case worker Breanne for being a pleasure to work with and get to know and for recommending therapist Ayanna who is a truly amazing person and therapist. I will be continuing therapy with her after this is over. Thank you everyone for all your help-

It’s clear from every interaction that they genuinely value the people they serve. Everyone I’ve spoken with has been kind, patient, and supportive, and they always make you feel like you matter. I’m grateful for the compassion and professionalism they bring to their work
These people have messed with me for over a year now , impossible to get in touch with I finally got an appointment and she hung up on me saying I’m disrespectful all because I told her I don’t need something , I begged her to let me do the appointment and she basically laughed at me while I was very upset , she lied and said I was late this place is a joke
