This is a counseling center? If it is they're in the wrong business because they clearly don't care about people at all.
Terrible. For a therapist office /counseling center they severely lack empathy. They will cancel appointments without even speaking to you based on your health after you communicate you WERE sick but are doing much better. Not even a phone call or email ASKING should we reschedule. Nope, flat out cancelled it which put me in a terrible predicament. And they also cancelled group with no explanation. The whole team at Hombase Collaborative gets 5 Stars across the board. They were kind and compassionate and never let me feel like a burden, always helped answer any questions I had and listened with respect and care. Mary went above and beyond to help me get everything I needed to achieve success in this program. I cannot say enough about how well cared for I felt with her and the whole team. Danielle and Breanne were incredibly helpful and never made me feel judged. Being there in the first place was unfortunate, but they were both great to work with. Big thank you to both of them, they are both great at what they do.
