Had a poor experience today at Homebase when enquiring about a product offering. The man at the Midland Brick counter with a British accent who served me was incredibly rude and dismissive - not helpful at all.
Waste of time. Went there as I’m doing some renovations and the place is full unmanned stalls. Took the details of two businesses and tried to get in touch with them. None of them got back to me after several attempts. One I eventually got hold of and told me he’s not doing the doors like he’s advertising and he’s down south, not local. What’s the point of wasting one’s time at this place when you can just browse the internet? Would be better if the place is knocked down and build a bigger Bunnings.
