Recently, we got a new cable box which required having our universal remote reprogrammed. When I called Dane, he indicated he would be available the following day, which I really appreciated. He arrived and not only reprogrammed the remote, but also configured our Apple TV such that we could now control it with the universal remote. I foind Dane and his assistant to be friendly and knowledgeable. The assisted with tye move, install, and remount of all my electronics. Great price and on a weekend. Highly recommended!
