I consider John and Ron my heroes! They are both extremely knowledgeable, professional, and they care. My home received multiple offers in the first weekend on the market. Due to their knowledge of the market, my home closed quickly, as it was priced accordingly. Rather than just putting up a sign in my yard, signing the listing agreement, and hoping for a buyer; Ron and John gave me solutions and helped me find a contractor to prepare the home for sale. Long ago my father used to put up signs to advertise this company and they basically screwed him.over saying he was a vandle. John and Joel can suk a fat one this place should be shut down. The comment replied only proves my point... glad he's gone. John is still a pos too. He helped Joel through it all and probably is a reason joel has passed away... John is not one to be trusted. Eat that for your differences.

A HUGE thank you to John Sabourin and the Home Authority team for helping me find a beautiful, newly flipped home that’s perfect for me.
