Called asked for an appraisal. The rude woman that answered the phone said they were booked and if I were to need an appraisal within the next three weeks I should call someone else. I told her I didn't but I would likely need it within the next 4 month. She asked if this was for the county appraiser or for court. I said, well first the appraiser then likely court. Oh were too busy to take on anything call someone else, we are back logged... FOR FOUR MONTHS??? Don't waste your time calling this company.
