DO NOT USE! Do NOT use this company! Our Home Warranty is making us go through them and they have been out several times and our refrigerator is still not fixed. They have replaced the compressor amongst many other things. Going on for months now. They are milking the system to get paid more and more, and I still do not have a working refrigerator with a family of four!
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE I contacted this company for service with my dryer. Patrice (?) called to notify me that my dryer has cut wires, looks tampered with, and was not repairable. With that being said, I purchased a new dryer. After reviewing the report, it does not show anything with cut wires, in fact, she denied all she said. She costed me money spent on a new dryer when their company could have repaired it!!!! Horrible Company!!! My warranty company sent them out on a Friday to check out my fridge. The "technician" showed up in a a VW. He came in and asked to borrow a ladder as he didn't have one. He spent 2 hours on the phone before telling me it's either the compressor or it isn't. He's not sure. I asked him what's next then. He said someone will call me Tuesday. TUESDAY? That's 4 days away. Worst company EVER! Aside from the fact that the company can't find the time to install a simple part over a two week period, their customer service reps have no problem yelling at you for their inability to make an appointment. I would recommend using anyone BUT this company!
Are you for REAL? Home Appliances Service 24 7 was called out by our home warranty company. Our fridge was dead. The service man said I needed a new compressor, the big black round thing that sits in the bottom. This was diagnosed after about 3 minutes. Within 30 minutes, I got a call from our home warranty stating they are not paying for the new compressor, and it was going to be over $400 to be paid directly by my to the company.
