Steve is an awesome repairman! Not only did he call me back right away, he got out to my home in no time to make the repair. He took every effort and precaution during the pandemic to enter my home and not put me or my family at risk. He not only repairs your appliance promptly, but he takes the time to discuss and explain what is happening with your appliance and best practices to prevent it from happening again. Great All-around! We live in Monticello: Our washing machine needed service. I called and left a message mid-morning. It was just a short time later that Steve texted me back, confirmed that he got my request and gave me his ETA to check it out, between 3-5 the next day. He checked to see if texting was OK, or if I preferred phone calls. We exchanged maybe a couple more texts. He texted me well before 3, saying he was on his way, again with ETA. He was spot-on time.
