I recently had a very positive experience with this company. It was a refrigerator repair. Both Helen at the office and the technician were very efficient and courteous. The repair was done quickly and the price was reasonable.

When my GE refrigerator died I feared the worst. So I called American West Appliance and requested same day appointment. The secretary asked clear questions about my refrigerator, explained the cost to come out and take a look. The technician was prompt. He checked the fridge and said that it was the starter relay. He had the necessary part and replaced it right away. Price was very fair for his labor. I did not have to buy a new refrigerator and was very happy. I would use this company again.

Our Kenmore dryer needed service, so we called American West Appliance Repair because we used this company before and we were very happy with them. The technician was here the same day. He also had the necessary part to fix our dryer right away. These guys know the true meaning of customers service. The price was reasonable.

Reliable, affordable and friendly service! From the moment I called, I felt very comfortable. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. The repairman called to let me know that he was on his way ahead of time. He was very nice and knowledgeable. He explained to me why my washer stopped spinning and told me how much it would cost to fix it. He wasted no time getting to work and performed his job very efficiently. My washer has been working fine ever since. I am very happy with this company.

Excellent service! The receptionist was very efficient and helpful. The tech knew what he was doing. He was on time for the appointment, quickly diagnosed the problem I was having with my dryer. In less than 20 minutes my dryer was back in service. True magician! And price was very fair for his labor. I would highly recommend American West Appliance Repair!
