Had an idler pulley and belt go bad on my dryer. They had the parts in stock and I was in and out quick.

I have used this company for close to 20 years. I have to assume the company was sold or past down to a family member that could care less about the family name. I had an ice maker that stopped working, and then my second fridge ice maker stopped working so I called to fix both. Tech broke my water line pulling out to repair, which I said, don't worry, I would repair. He said I needed a new ice maker in each fridge.
