They're supposed to help my mother, some of them are good. Plenty don't know how to even open a door which has been used as a reason for why they'll cancel a visit. They'll leave the door unlocked when leaving, my mother there for hours where anyone could just walk in. With her mobility, she can't check the door or lock it herself. Even the managers don't get back to me about all the things that need fixing with an unsettling amount of employees they have that just don't care. Such a wonderful health care team! Very caring, understanding and extremely helpful to me while coping with elderly parents and illness. They guided me through every step of long term care , provided home care as needed and answered every question with patience and knowledge. Niki (my dad’s nurse) went above and beyond, providing exceptional care. I am extremely grateful of this service! I’m not sure how I would have managed without their support. Bravo to this health care team!! Much love from me and my family.

Terrible communication, I have left 6 messages in the past 2 weeks with not one call back including one to a manager. I have dealt with at least 4 coordinators since my mother was diagnosed with late stage Alzheimer's and only one was helpful, with at least one giving wrong info. All were rushed and didn't explain the processes. Extremely ineffective organization
