Sawyer did a fantastic job. I was so impressed by his professionalism. He did a great job. He gave me answers to little things that need to be fixed. He told me how to do them. He gave me a name of a contractor who took care of A huge radon problem, ALS contracting out of Galesburg Doug from ALS and Michelle were so professional as well. When it comes to home inspections you need someone that cares and is thorough. Sawyer is definitely all that and more. He communicates well what needs to be fixed and always has suggested options. The only person I personally trust for my inspections.
Home Analysts did a great job educating me on the status of my home and maintenance for the future.
We were onsite at the house we are looking to buy while Sawyer was doing the inspection. Anytime he found something notable, he made sure to show us firsthand so we could see it better than photos in the report. He also reassured us about all the things that were very right about the house that we wouldn't need to worry about in the near future.
