Make sure they register your HVAC! They installed an A/C unit for me in April of 2021 and Since December 2024 I have attempted to contact them to arrange and appointment for a possible warranty repair or at least a Service call. In December I had a different HVAC company out for a service, since Home Air Defender was not returning calls and the other HVAC company stated the unit was not registered and has no warranty and I would need to pay for the parts and all labor.
