This guy is the worst property manager I have ever encountered. He is a absolute slum lord! Be careful, I rented from him for two years and it was a nightmare. I cannot believe that he is still in business. A Total Rip off!!!!

Tim was rude and he did a terrible job. He hardly would pick up his phone or return calls even if you left multiple messages. Avoid renting from him. Tim needs to get his act together.
