I visited this business for the first time about 4 or 5 months ago shopping for a scooter, since then because of insurance issues & hassles. Home Ability customer service is amazing! Call to order scooter. It was delivered and assembled that day. Friendly manner on phone and with delivery. I highly recommend the store and personnel.
Excellent experience with everyone. Really pleased with our power lift, fully (infinity) adjustable recliner. Our mobility has declined significantly and this chair has been a lifeline to us. I would buy another in a heartbeat.
