I brought my scooter in to get it fixed and John the technician went above and beyond did an excellent excellent excellent job, it was done in one day and the price was fantastic I would recommend this place to anybody

I recently purchased an electric wheelchair for a friend who had mobility challenges. I was completely unfamiliar with wheelchairs and his needs. After just 10 minutes of conversation with Mr. Horner, the owner, I felt confident in my decision to purchase a chair from The Home Ability Store. Every person I interacted with was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, empathetic, and went above and beyond to meet my needs. I would like to start out by saying that this business his Top Shelf! I visited this business for the first time about 4 or 5 months ago shopping for a scooter, since then because of insurance issues & hassles. I was very lucky for someone to have given me a Powerchair. With that being said, I knew the chair was going to have to have some work not knowing much about it.
