This place is terrible. I have rented their unit for about 4 years. Lots of things were broken and never got fixed. And when I moved out. They charged me for anything that they come up with to keep the deposit. Even non existing ones! They charge for example so called unpaid garbage bills, while my bills are current! They can’t even provide me with the bill/statement! The landlord, Manny, is horrible. Keeps breaking promises, and never finish any repairs. it's a shame that a representative of this company did lose one day of work to my husband just not notifying us that the property that we wanted to rent was no longer available, was very unprofessional the truth, let very bad the company representing
