not recommend, I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. I needed to change my stay dates due to an unexpected situation and informed them in advance, but the hotel made no effort to help or offer any alternative. Their policy was applied in a rigid way, with no empathy or concern for resolving the issue. As a result, I lost the entire amount I had paid. I would not return and do not recommend this place, especially for anyone expecting customer service that values its guests.

As of January 2025, they are surprising you with a 4 dollar parking fee after booking your room and showing up to get your key. This is petty and leaves a bad taste. Imagine buying coffee, and they call you to the counter saying it's ready and ask for 50 cent for the cup.
