The hotel is new, so everything is good — everything looks clean, and the beds are okay. The location is convenient. However, the room service is very bad. How is it possible that during a 4-day stay they never picked up the trash, never made the beds, and only provided towels once? The hotel is a blended experience of facilities and service — if one fails, the other follows. This means that in one more year, this hotel will be very bad because nothing stays new forever.
