Had a tire blow out in Abilene and they would not allow me to cancel or modify my reservation. Why be a honors member if they are just going to charge you and not have any sort of understanding !?!?!
The room was very clean and new. I was expecting to have a couple bottles of water in the fridge or counter, but there wasn’t any (perhaps this is standard practice now but annoying nonetheless) When I go to buy one, it cost $4 and the night receptionist seemed annoyed someone had shown up. Our keys didn’t work at the pool the following morning, and it didn’t seem worth while to pursue on account of its condition so we just skipped. Overall nice but notable “minor” inconveniences.
