Hotel is great! Bfast is great. I'm giving out a 3 because of 1 thing, the maid service is all foreigners who do not speak English, at all! I had to use my phones translator just to get some towels and ask for my room to be cleaned. I thought you had to speak a little English to be in America but apparently not! I hope they are here legally, work visa, citizenship application but I shouldn't have to learn their language for my stay, they need to learn, at the very least, basic sentences or words related to their job. I would urge caution when booking this hotel. I initially made my reservation over the phone and was quoted a specific rate. However, approximately two weeks later, the hotel contacted me to say that the original rate was incorrect due to a mistaken application of a group code. They raised the rate by $23, although they insisted the difference was only $6 — a claim contradicted by my screenshots. Nice hotel, seems rather new still, very clean, and it's right off the highway so it's easy to access Little Rock and the surrounding area.

The location was ideal as it was conveniently close to the hospital I needed to visit during my stay. The rooms are modern and well-designed; however, the installation quality of certain features, such as the curtain rod in my room, was subpar. There were multiple holes in the wall, and when the rod fell, I was charged for the damages, which was disappointing. The service was below expectations. The staff appeared unwilling to go beyond the bare minimum and seemed unapproachable when additional assistance was requested.
