I honestly can’t think of a single good thing to say about this company, they are absolutely horrible. I rented a small, 2-bedroom apartment from them for $1350/month plus utilities, and I’ve never had a worse experience with a property manager or landlord. When I moved in, the stairs were severely damaged to the point they were a severe safety hazard.
