Let me start by saying I expected this room to be expensive due to Sturgis. That’s not the issue. I knew rates would be high — but $500 per night is extreme, and at that price, I expected much better conditions. The Room The layout is spacious — two queen beds and a pull-out sofa. That part was fine. But the floor had stains, there was a strange smell, and the pull-down curtain was broken. It didn’t feel like a freshly cleaned or well-maintained space. The room was great, clean loved it.... shower and bath awesome great water pressure lots of hot water decent soap options... The breakfast is where we lost a star. Everything looked as if it was warmed up out of a box and put in a tray display. It looked so bad I didnt eat. Would I stay again yes of course I can always grab breakfast somewhere else

This hotel and waterpark is VERY overcrowded in the summer. Be prepared for lines everywhere (even during the week) and dealing with tons of people. Breakfast area was terribly crowded with not enough seating and dogs everywhere - no cleaning in sight. Staff could care less about anything. Rooms were decent - there were various maintenance issues but most were addressed quickly. For the price, it's a decent hotel. Personally I would not stay at this location again.
