Counter is good/ helps, but warehouse is a nightmare. they'll have you wait for days in the back
Service got so much better .the past 6 months.orders being pick faster and costumer service been much better
My experience was extremely unprofessional. The manager and the teller who took my order acted like fixing a paid invoice they messed up was too much work. They blamed their computer system and preferred to leave me with potential tax and audit issues rather than correct their own paperwork. It even turned into an unnecessary confrontation just to get them to do the right thing. Because of this, I chose not to open an account or continue doing business with them.
