RecommendedAmazing cookies (4/5 Green Stars for social and environmental impact) Homage is a great spot in a converted house with lots of spacious seating out in the garden and on the porch. It’s popular with staff of the hospital, a block away, and they do a good job with Covid precautions (there’s a big bottle of sanitizer on each table). One that takes the safety of our staff and guests seriously. Due to the current pandemic we are doing our part to limit the amount of cross contact between our staff and guests and to limit passing things to guests that have been handled by other guests. In addition this also limits the cash handling that our accountant has to do (which is handling money that has been handled by hundreds of people a day). Just went here today. Made a very simple online preset to be ready right away. When I went in, I could quickly deduce that the order hadn’t even started yet and my order was made a half hour previous. I made to online order so I could grab something on my way into work. So I was a little in a hurry. So I asked them if the order was coming out soon because I needed to go. The girl behind the counter told me my order was request by 11am. Which was very wrong, but ok. Great for breakfast..!!!! Croissants are Great!!! Light crisp on the exterior and fresh tasty interior..!!! Almond is the Best.!!!!
Homage is cozy and friendly with great indoor and outdoor seating that make use of the lovely Craftsman building. Everything my friends, family, and I have ever had there (pastries, oatmeal, French toast, quiche, desserts, holiday pies, coffee) has been fabulous. We visit Homage every single time we come to Reno. You should too!
it's a diamond in the ruff this place is. absolutely loved it and would come back in a heart beat.
It’s quaint and a great place to sit inside or out as there’s something to look at everywhere. I like how people, whether it’s a couple of friends meeting up or business huddles, come to converse and it’s never loud. Free WiFi of course. Pretty coffees are served.
