I purchased my second home in June of 2022 from HoM Realty. My husband and I want to grow our real estate portfolio. The home we purchased from HoM had some windows that needed replacement. One of those windows located in the front of the house has a huge crack that was cause by one of their employees. My husband and I were told that it would be fixed before we closed on the house. My experience with HoM Realty has been horrible. I feel I have been more patient than any other person would have. In June of 2022 my wife and I purchased our 2nd home wanting to grow our real estate portfolio. There were multiple windows that were supposed to be replaced before closing. When it came time to close the windows still had not been replaced. We were assured that within two weeks they would be replaced.
