Caleb came out today and did an exemplary job. He is beyond great like everyone else that works for the company.
Talk about Bait and Switch! Herb their salesman is completely incompetent. Wants the homeowners to provide measurements for him to quote you via " Text Message" and not letterhead or proof they are a real company. I was provided a price by text message and when asking for a formal quote via e-mail I received a text style quote rather than a proper pdf proposal. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They’ll sell you a door and tell you it has a lifetime warranty, but never give you a copy of what that warranty covers!! Communication is HORRIBLE with this company!! They sold us a door that expands when wet IN A FLOOD ZONE!!! They should’ve sold us a fiberglass door!!!! We bought an EIGHT THOUSAND DOLLAR DOOR THAT EXPANDS WHEN WET!!!!! Complete rip off!!!!
