we made up and signed a contract years ago about the full amount, i had paid it all before my court dates were even finished, years ago. he is still trying to charge me for thousands, has harassed me for YEARS, sent my families house multiple letters harassing them too. i have told him to stop as i've already paid more than i should've but what we agreed to and he still will not stop. he didn't even win my case, he sucks. i do not recommend.

Mr Holzworth committed fraud by putting my real property in probate when it was fully in my name and was not even probatable. Iowa policies and procedures clearly states.. anything that is joint tenant is not to be in probate. The house was fully in my name, a Mr Holtzworth and my deceased Brothers attorney got the property in my name. And I see Mr Holzworth has been reprimanded March 7th 2024

You are a fraud! You first got me my deed to the house and then put my house in probate and later sued. You also wouldn't give me my files and that's a 1.6 rule

Michael is the Greatest. Would Highly recommend... He got My case dismissed. Micheal also won My Father's cases many many years ago.. I also would like him to help ithe sale of my home that caught fire and only paid for half of the contract. And somehow transferred
