I had this office (Dr. Charlie) fix a permanent retainer that had been broken initially put on by another orthodontist in a different state. The office staff was professional and kind. The facilities were very nice and clean. Only time will tell if the work was quality or not, but nothing seemed 'off' about my visit and I wouldn't hesitate to come back.
