Receptionist is extremely rude
horrible service and staff. no motivation to actually help their patients. cares more about talking to other staff than hellping patients. me being a civilian, i helped a man who had passed out against against his steering wheel in the parking lot. only after i checked on him did anyone come out. i recommend just getting rid of jacksons location as this is year and years of this hospital being like this. ever since i was a kid and had to wait 3 hrs. in what was supposed to be an EMERGANCY room. please please please do someth... read more
Been in the ER for an hour. Brought wife in for a migraine was told that I could go back once she was triaged. Anyone who knows anything at all about ER triage processes knows that the triage process takes less than 15 minutes. She has multiple medication allergies is in with a migraine which limits her ability to communicate and I am having to have my 12 year old daughter wait in the car to prevent COVID exposure for her. I am not even getting updates. It’s an hour later. Still not back yet. 3 others have been allowed back ... read more

so holzer medical center turned me over to collections for a bill the Veterans Administration owes. They are under appeal, but rather than wait, Holzer would rather ruin my credit..
