We were billed improperly for an office visit when my wife did a telemedicine urgent care visit due to having Covid symptoms (not allowed in clinic) during a military change of station from FL to NY. We were told Holzer was in network with Tricare and we would not be billed (I always ask this when getting care outside of a military town). Since Holzer billed for an office visit instead of urgent care, they got $126.48 from our insurance and then slapped us with another $107.52 bill for the uncovered amount.
