These people chase metrics and not quality of care. Left us in a room from midnight until 3am with a sick 5 year old autistic child. They got us in the room pretty fast, after that we fell off the face of the earth. I am going to Point from now on.
Nurse in charge of the ER ran her mouth to her daughter about my private medical information violating my rights and then they had the audacity to send me $1100 in bills for lab work and tests I never saw the results of and had those same labs done again after I was transferred so the labs they took here were useless just a few hours later. Place is a joke.
How do the ER nurses miss patients meals, lose their patience medication and medical records. Was supposed to be transported to Riverside by helicopter more than 24 hours ago. How does this happen who the hell is in charge of that place! The state really needs to be notified and this facility should be shut down!!!
