Security guard kick my emotional support dog out
Wouldn’t recommend going. We called in advance to check and see if they could care for my 1 year old son that had a cut in his head from a mirror that broke on top of him. They told us they would triage him, and have the nurse access him. When we arrived there the turned us away without even having the nurse come out and look at him. Shameful
Please invest in your urgent care department capacity to provide quality and affordable urgent care rather than consistently sending patients to ER. It would have been nice for a nurse (rather than front desk admin) to actually triage before sending us away.
