Someone in my family went here, doctor did not give her a diagnosis. Said at first it was definitely viral, then said it was anxiety and to drink less caffeine. After saying it was viral prescribed her a ANTIBIOTIC for her "infection". 70 dollars for a note and meds that don't work. Also said doctor did not wear gloves, touched her hair and continued to touch equipment.
The doctor was not very friendly or helpful during my visit. She asked me what medications I thought I should be on instead of giving clear guidance, and she said she couldn’t test me for COVID or confirm if I had an ear infection. I left without really knowing what was wrong, and the visit felt incomplete. At the end, she just walked out without saying anything, which made the experience feel even more unsettling.
Terrible hours. Went in at 2:20 in the afternoon. Sign said “on break for lunch. Be back at 3:50.” Confirmed with the woman sitting behind the sign that it was true. So perplexed, I left without a picture. It felt unreal.
Holzer has been a welcoming company to work for. The members of management truly care about their staff and wellbeing. And yes, this includes the leads as well.
They don’t treat serious things just checkups and exams. If you have a cut or anything you might think is broken go to another urgent care cause they’ll just send you there anyways
