I wouldn't take a dog, I had the same doctor for years there and I thought she cared because she did blood test all the time all but a simple one a PSA because it wasn't done i have a death sentence stage 4 prostate cancer that has spread to my bones all because one simple test wasn't done.Men over 55 ask your doctor to do a PSA test
I like going to holzer so I can see my doctor's.
Disgusting. If you don't align with their policies, they will refuse to render care. As our issue is religious in nature, this refusal felt discriminatory. We may be forced to deal with this in a more direct way. Athens county is a joke people. Please do better.
I got charged a copay for an annual wellness visit, not because I brought any concerns up with my provider, but because the provider asked routine health questions that I answered honestly. I had no idea that simply giving one answer and agreeing to an extra test added to the routine labs (which I knew I would pay for) would also rack up a copay for what was supposed to be just a routine preventative visit.
