Dr. Epstein operated on my knee. He is very well spoken and a great surgeon. I had physical therapy at the orthopaedic office there as well after. I’m very grateful for his care and for the amazing support staff. Those doing the anaesthesia were really kind and patient with me since I was a little nervous. Worse place I felt very rushed and like didn't care and wouldn't let me explain my medical history and what was going on with me I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone they don't care to listen to you it was unbelievable. I will say though that the reception staff were great
I WAS (SA) BY ONE OF THE HAND SURGEON BACK IN 1990. BECAUSE OF HIM I HAVE NO TRUST IN THE MEDICAL field
I can definitely recommend Dr. Epstein as he is an outstanding doctor with a genuine care for the patients needs. HOWEVER, trying to get anything done from the office staff can be quite a challenge. They do NOT have the patients needs in mind. They have no sense of urgency in trying to finish paperwork for the patient so you can submit what is needed to your employer or the state.
