If I could give 0 I absolutely would. From the start I had nothing but issues with this office. I kept giving them chances. My first appointment got canceled but wasn't notified. I dont get another appointment for weeks. When I do, im told I have to see someone else. Make another appointment... this appointment was all of 5 minutes just for her to tell me I need to go see the surgeon. So which is it?? Do we NOT communicate? Dr. Epstein operated on my knee. He is very well spoken and a great surgeon. I had physical therapy at the orthopaedic office there as well after. I’m very grateful for his care and for the amazing support staff. Those doing the anaesthesia were really kind and patient with me since I was a little nervous. I’ve had very little use of my leg since 2019 after my original surgery elsewhere. In half a year I’ve gained a serious amount of strength and stability far exceeding my previous capabilities.
