Worse place I felt very rushed and like didn't care and wouldn't let me explain my medical history and what was going on with me I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone they don't care to listen to you it was unbelievable. I will say though that the reception staff were great

I can definitely recommend Dr. Epstein as he is an outstanding doctor with a genuine care for the patients needs. HOWEVER, trying to get anything done from the office staff can be quite a challenge. They do NOT have the patients needs in mind. They have no sense of urgency in trying to finish paperwork for the patient so you can submit what is needed to your employer or the state. Drove around 15 mins for a parking spot got here 15 mins early like I was told to still waiting to see Dr worse place ever unless you have an 8 am appt you will not see your dr on time
I called them Friday and they said they would get back to me. Called Monday again they said the PA will call me back. Didn't happen. I'm having a total knee replacement with Dr. Epstein on November 7th. He is a great doctor. Going to be at their office waiting in the hallway at 7:45am Tuesday. They open up at 8:00am. Trust and believe I will be giving them a piece of my mind. As far as I'm concerned there should only be nursesand doctors. I refuse to see or deal with a PA.
