I've been a patient for only two weeks, and in that time, the provider refused to listen to anything I said. I also cannot get a response from anyone at this office. Kind of appalling.
I like both doctors I have had visits with, and it's convenient to be able to get labs done without needing to go to the hospital. My PCP is quite thorough in his explanations of possible diagnosis, and with possible treatment plans.
Horrible, I can't wait till I get another Dr. This location is Horrible, the lady's behind the counter, are the worst at customer service. They treat you terrible, like they are above you and you are a peasant. I have not had my medicine since last Wednesday, the pharmacy tried fixing and calling Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. My wife and I see Kristin O'Connor. She is a phenomenal provider. She is kind, compassionate, intelligent and empathetic. We feel very safe in her hands and highly recommend her. HMC is lucky to have her.
I would give a no star rating if possible. It is almost impossible to get anyone on the phone and it takes DAYS to get a call back.
