I switched my primary to Holyoke Medical Group from Springfield. That was the end of last year/beginning of this year. I was told that the doctor wasn't accepting new patients until February so I waited until February to try to book an appointment to get my physical (which I need for work) I've been trying to make other appointments as well as a physical appointment since February and nobody ever answers the phone. The worst decision I ever made was coming here I’ve been trying to make an Appointment with my doctor for almost 3 months and don’t have an appointment until 6 months knowing this is a urgent check up

Tested positive for Covid. Called first thing Wednesday morning to ask for an antiviral scrip. The call center operator said they would let Dr. Aquilino's nurse know. No response from the MD or the nurse. I won't go to Holyoke Hospital emergency room for fear of poor treatment. Poor management in place. I am compromised.Too bad I can't leave zero stars. Absolutely disgusting. They will tell me they tried to contact me but they are full of $#@%.
