Mammogram
IMHO, this is an incompetently run zoo. When I call, I am put on hold for at leat 25 minutes. Messages left on the patient portal are unanswered. Doctors, PA's and NP's do not return their calls. It is chaos. I do not know how this group stays in practice. I am writing a letter to the President and Board of Holyoke Medical Center and to the AMA. I have found a new, highly recommended practice elsewhere . Beware of this group. This is all based on my experience.
