I LOVE all of holyoke medical groups facilities. Gastro, primary care, cardiology, etc. But this place was terrible to my daughter and I. The advice they gave her for weightloss was to eat 1200 calories a day which is incredibly unhealthy. It was not a joke either. She had chronic yeast infections due to chronic antibiotic use due to another illness she had, and there was never any mention of treatment for her. They would give her one prescription to make the yeast infection go away and then she would get it again a week lat... read more
My 5 stars is for Dr Zerbe and Sonja. The receptionist I dealt with and one of the nurses gets -1 I have been a patient at Western Mass OBGYN for 30 plus years. I was told due to my age (65) that I would no longer be getting Pap smears, but Mary, who I adore told me if I ever had a problem to call and I would be seen. For over a week I have been in intense pain in my pelvic area so bad I was doubled over in pain. I called to make an appointment and a nurse called me back and told me the office no longer deals with either a y... read more

This review is based on Marc J Zerbe, MD. Everyone else there has been great, including the woman at checking. Pardon me for putting my business out there but I have to address it, and in order for anybody to understand this review, well I have to get a bit personal. The only redeeming factor about this place is that the front desk woman is LOVELY, she was super professional and friendly. However, Mary the midwife seems to have quite an outdated view on a lot of things.. I will just say this, if you are sensitive about your weight.. do not come here. Leaving this review because I wish I’d seen one similar before going.
