very bad place for any women needs i being calling and no one is calling bad time to give up on this place nasty place that i being waiting for a year for appt smg on this place i will give you -0 stars
Horrible service horrible people , everyone has a bad miserable attitude. Nurses and doctors sound so miserable not happy with the job they are doing. I’m pregnant and I feel like they don’t care about me or my baby they haven’t gave me an appointment didn’t even offer prenatal vitamins. I hate this clinic. Looking for a new place for me and my baby. I will be calling DPH and reporting this place for denying care to me and my baby.
have been trying for over a week to reach this office after about 30 phone calls and many voice mails. No reply and i was disappointed but on Feb 3 i tried calling again and i was lucky enough to get Myra to answer the phone, she had to check availability for me and said she would call me the next day, and she did. she is a great asset and keeps her word and puts patients first. I LOVE all of holyoke medical groups facilities. Gastro, primary care, cardiology, etc. But this place was terrible to my daughter and I. The advice they gave her for weightloss was to eat 1200 calories a day which is incredibly unhealthy. It was not a joke either. She had chronic yeast infections due to chronic antibiotic use due to another illness she had, and there was never any mention of treatment for her. My 5 stars is for Dr Zerbe and Sonja. The receptionist I dealt with and one of the nurses gets -1 I have been a patient at Western Mass OBGYN for 30 plus years. I was told due to my age (65) that I would no longer be getting Pap smears, but Mary, who I adore told me if I ever had a problem to call and I would be seen. For over a week I have been in intense pain in my pelvic area so bad I was doubled over in pain.
