Went in on a friday last appointment of the day to maybe start the ball rolling on way i have been having so much digestion issues for so long. It seems like before i spoke the NP she had already deteremined that it was IBS. Which i have no symptoms that match that diagnosis. When i questioned her reasoning I got the answer of " what do you want me to do. Change you life style and what you eat." We love the doctor, but good luck ever reaching anyone at the office. Whenever I call, I get a voicemail, and have left message after message, and no one ever replies. Their office staff have informed me that they have no record of lab work that has been faxed multiple times with confirmation receipts. I am now waiting to see if a treatment is going to be canceled on me because the order was put in incorrectly and I have been trying for a week to get in touch with this office to have it corrected. My PCP submitted a referel for my 10 year colonoscopy. The woman from this office called to schedule me, 3 months out. The time finally came and another woman called day before to say... You're not getting a colonoscopy tomorrow, you're coming in to provide your medical history, then we'll schedule the procedure. Really?! Id love to see how that office visit was coded for billing? Why do i feel im watching the doctors and hospitals jerking the patients around in order to keep their head above water financially? Im done with ... read more
