Very rude and unprofessional experience. I called to schedule an appointment as a self-pay patient and was treated with complete disrespect. Once they found out I wasn’t using insurance, they refused to take my appointment and the attitude immediately changed. No professionalism, no courtesy, just dismissive and unwelcoming behavior. Patients should be treated with respect regardless of how they pay. I would not recommend this chiropractor to anyone looking for basic human decency and professionalism.
