They don't seem to want to work. I've tried on two separate occasions, a year apart, to get them to repair my gas fireplace. Last year, they were hunting for several weeks. This year, the recording seems to indicate that they are doing nothing but servicing existing customers. I left a message, explaining that it was fairly urgent, since I have no heat, but they never called me back. One wonders how they stay in business if they refuse new customers.
I love my Regency woog burning stove that I got from Holy Smokes. It is amazing how quick my house heats up with my new stove. Thanks Holy Smokes!
