The food was amazing. We got the huge platter and the brisket poutine. My picky toddler literally tried and like everything! Finally, every single person we spoke to was kind and helpful. The customer service alone has us hooked.

Finally went in to try this place out since everyone recommended it. Food was disgusting. Definitely not worth what was paid. Got my kids chicken strips and they looked burned. Corn bread was gooey! Food made my kid sick🤮 definitely do not recommend. If I can give no stars, I would!

This food is rubbish. I was really wanting to like it since it's from a local business. But I can't disagree more with the reviews. I purchased the brisket and the pulled pork, it tastes like it has been in a house fire. It's very dry and over cooked. If you have ever had the weird jerky that comes in a small chewing tobacco style container then you get what the pulled pork is like. For the brisket it's like reconstituted jerky.

Before I start, I've been smoking and barbecuing meat for thirty years, pork, beef, poultry, game animals, vegetables...you name it. I've also won awards with my ribs, brisket and chicken in some large competitions. Well, even though it's located in Great American in Watertown, *blech* I thought I'd give it a try.
