I finally decided to try this place out since its only two minutes from our residence. It was dissapointing to say the least. The loaded cheesy fries were limply cooked and were not loaded at all... raw unmelted cheese, this is not complicated item to make. Seems the two staff were overwhelmed though three of us ordered to go, and two others were waiting. Great combo: pork sandwich with slaw, pickles, and a hot or mustard sauce!
Tried chicken, pork, brisket, brunswick stew and baked beans. Nothing less than wonderful. Even the toast was awesome!
Bbq tacos were great! Keep the slaw but have 'em hold the cheddar cheese shreds. :-)
Brisket on Fridays & Saturdays... good stuff!
They sell their sauces for $3 a bottle, get the vinegar!
Best kept secret on the menu. Pork Tacos! I hold the slaw.
