I had to go to Walk in Care Sunday morning the 15 due to getting injured at work. The PA Daniel Sorensen is the worst healthcare professional I have dealt with. Beings it was a work injury, I asked about xrays, according to him, he didn't feel they were needed because he said he didn't think anything was fractured, not sure how the hell he knew this by just pressing on my arm. Holy rosary and SCL Health is all about the money the doctors could care less if you have any problems or any illnesses if you don’t look like you come from money they will not treat you like A regular patient they will treat you like a drug seeker if you come in pain from falling off of a 12ft ladder
The care you receive there is wonderful
Came into E.R for an open bleeding cut on my 18 month olds toe and had to yell to get attention and a stranger had to pull on door just to get someone to come to counter. My 18 month old had to wait 40 minutes before he was taken to the examination room, where we had to wait longer still. Not a great experience for an out of towner like me. At least the woman at the check in counter was pleasant and apologized for the ridiculous wait. Would like to know why a pinched nerve takes priority over a baby's cut though! This hospital saved my dads life. Came into the ER with chest pains. Ended up in full cardiac arrest. By some miracle the staff did what they needed to do to buy him enough time to get to Billings. Thank you!
The ER doesn't communicate with the day shift doctors. Had a huge miscommunication that was not OK!!!
I had the absolute best care starting with EMS and ER to inpatient nurses/aides, and radiology. I was very impressed with the knowledge and level of compassion! Thank you!!
That doctor told me and my son I have 15 minutes what's wrong..smh
