Dr Gerson and staff were excellent
They’re not taking care of my Grandpop. He went originally and they sent him home only to get worse. He then went back in a worse condition and they still aren’t monitoring his care properly. They let him fall in the bathroom when he shouldn’t have been in there by himself, and he hurt his back. It’s been over a day and they seem to have lost the x ray results from an injury he got while in their care. It’s instance after instance of carelessness, so if you want your family members to get better I recommend another hospital.
We went to the ER on Monday evening around dinner time. There was no wait, and we were pleasantly surprised. Basically we had a good experience , however I had to mention this. When the Charge nurse was behind the desk, she cursed constantly about hospital issues. Then the next charge nurse came in and all he talked about was his side job as a contractor.
