Dr Gerson and staff were excellent
We went to the ER on Monday evening around dinner time. There was no wait, and we were pleasantly surprised. Basically we had a good experience , however I had to mention this. When the Charge nurse was behind the desk, she cursed constantly about hospital issues. Then the next charge nurse came in and all he talked about was his side job as a contractor. I have an adult Down syndrome son who unfortunately has Heart and Lung issues. I just want to say that I am blown away by the caring nature of all the staff here. They know that my son is upset and very scared, but no one treated him any differently even though he was combative with terror. There was understanding and compassion mixed with their knowledge to help him and his mom to feel at ease in getting my son at a point to accept the life saving care he needed.
