I saw dr. Glassman today. I was greeted by Jackie, and then later taken care of by Marcilla. This has definitely been one of the most awesomest dr. Appointment i have ever had. They were all so amazing, they listened and unlike most places didnt treat me like i was an inconvenience. I am so happy i made my choice to come here. One of the worst managed doctors’ offices I’ve encountered. I waited for nearly 2 hours with an appointment. The waiting room was sweltering. It took me weeks to get my script sent for a sleep study and many many calls to the office. Finally it went through and I made an appointment at a nearby facility. I spoke to someone in the office about this appointment and scheduled my followup accordingly.
